Account Deletion Overview
You can request deletion of your Saudi Gram account and associated personal data. Account deletion is permanent. After your request is verified and processed, you may lose access to your account, profile, content, messages, and other app data connected to that account.
In-App Deletion Instructions
Open the Saudi Gram app, go to Profile or Settings, and choose Delete Account if the option is available.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the request. You may be asked to verify your identity before the deletion is processed.
Email Deletion Request Method
If you cannot delete your account inside the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@saudigram.app from your registered email address.

Please include
- Your registered email address or phone number.
- Your username, if available.
- A clear confirmation that you want to permanently delete your Saudi Gram account.
Data Deleted
After verification, the deletion process may remove or disable access to data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile and profile details.
- Personal information connected to the account.
- Uploaded user content where applicable.
- App activity associated with the account.
- Authentication data and account access information.
Data Possibly Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons. Some content already shared with other users may remain in limited form where technically or legally required, such as records needed to protect safety, investigate abuse, or preserve another user's conversation or interaction history.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 days after verification. We may contact you if we need additional information to confirm account ownership or complete the request.
